The bar plays a pivotal role in any celebration, sets the tone for the event and gets the party started, so we want to make sure you and your guests have the best bar experience possible.

Crafting an unforgettable bar experience that facilitates memory-making moments is what we love to do, that’s why we include every detail necessary to make that happen in our full bar experience.

As part of our full bar experience, we take care of all your liquid catering needs, meaning you are free to enjoy the moment and celebrate with your guests, without a single worry when it comes to your drinks.

What’s Included in our Full Bar Service Experience?

 

THE PRACTICAL BITS

  • Of course, we hope we never need to use it the insurance, but we do have comprehensive employer & public liability insurance cover.

    We also have multiple license holders, so there will always be a licensee at your event, acquiring a temporary event notice (TEN), when needed, is included in our full service.

  • Choose from an open bar (you pay), part-paid bar (you pay some) or cash bar (guests pay).

    For the latter two, we accept both cash & card payment at the bar (signal permitting) to make it easy for your guests.

  • Set-Up: We arrive nice and early at your venue to set the entire bar up, get the drinks chilling, Prepare your pre-booked drink packages and make sure the bar looks incredible.

    We can finish the bar with our own decorations, or you can decorate the bar in keeping with your theme.

    Break Down: Once your celebrations come to a close we will put everything away and dismantle the bar.

    We will also make sure all bar-related waste is removed from the venue and dispose of it ourselves, responsibly.

THE BAR

  • Your booking includes the full bar set-up of your choice. This could be the Shaker Bar, Circle Bar or Horsebox Bar.

  • Every bar is beautifully finished and extensively equipped with bottle coolers, wine cooler, freezer, draught taps, plenty of surface space and much more.

    Our bar also comes fully equipped with all the barware needed to create your delicious drinks on the night. This means your experience will be just like that in a normal bar.

  • We like to use real glass wherever possible. Mainly because the experience is so much better (nobody enjoys a drink out of a cup they can scrunch), and also because it’s more environmentally friendly than disposable.

    We use crystal glassware for all our cocktails, and you can upgrade your table glassware to crystal if you would like to.

    Glassware is included as standard, so please let us know if you need an alternative provided.

THE DRINKS

  • Our entire drink selection is always available, which includes cocktails, a huge selection of spirits, a wide range of mixers and soft drinks, lager, ale and cider, wine & of course fizz!

  • We always have our classic cocktail list available, and we also give you the option to have a custom cocktail list, included in our full-service experience.

    Whether it’s a signature cocktail or a themed menu, we love getting creative with your custom list!

  • We love to stock our bars with a wide selection of spirits and are particularly passionate about supporting artisans and local makers.

    We also have the classic favourites, so whether you are looking to try a new gin, or sip your favourite whiskey, we’ll have the drink you love!

THE SERVICE

  • We staff the bar completely, tailoring the number of staff to your guest number, event duration and the details of your drinks.

    We always make sure we have the right number of staff so that your guests always have the best experience.

  • We understand that this is probably the first event or wedding that you’ve organised, but it certainly isn’t ours. That’s why we are happy to offer you extensive guidance and advice so that you and your guests have the experience you hope to create.

    From extensive wedding experience to working in the events & hospitality industries for 25 years combined, if there’s one thing for sure, it’s that this is not our first rodeo, and we’re here to help! 🤠

  • We really do care about your experience. We want you and your guests to have the absolute best time possible, which is why we will make sure we do anything possible to ensure you have a truly wonderful time. It’s why we do what we do, so you’re free to make memories and soak up the special moments.

    We serve all your drinks, from the moment your guests arrive, till the last you all take your carriages at the end of the night.

THE EXTRA BITS

Your booking includes everything above, but there are a couple of extra things that may be relevant to your booking:

  1. Your Drinks Package - For things like welcome drinks, table wine and toast drinks we have excellent drink packages to delight your guests with, or we can craft you a custom package.

  2. Mileage/Travel - If you’re outside of our 50-mile radius there will be a modest cost to cover staff travel, but we try to keep this low and will be able to let you know this when we supply your quote.

How it Works

CHOOSE YOUR DATE

The most important thing to do first is to get in touch and get your date secured, as dates book up months, even years in advance!

We’re delighted that you’d like The Fizzy Pheasant at your event or wedding, so the last thing we want to do is disappoint you by being unavailable (see our availability here).

CHOOSE YOUR BAR + DRINKS

For this next part, we will guide you through the various choices you’ll need to make, such as which bar you would like, and what drinks you would like us to serve for you.

Getting the drinks right is an important part of any celebration, and we’re here to provide our expert advise.

CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING

Now that we’ve fully understood everything that you desire, it’s time to finalise and confirm the details.

We will complete our booking form with you (either in person or online if you’d prefer) and then take a deposit payment, which finalises your booking. Once complete, your date and booking are fully secured and confirmed - Yippee!

PREPARE TO PARTY! 🍾

Now you can sit back, relax and let us arrange everything bar related for you, whilst you enjoy the build-up to your wedding or event!

On the day, we’ll arrive early, get everything set up and get the drinks chilling. From the moment your guests arrive, we’ll begin service & take care of all your guests’ drink needs from that moment.
